Amara is a highly experienced cybersecurity and audit professional with over 29 years’ experience in the banking sector, holding CC, CISM, CISA & FCA certifications and B.Sc. Accounting & MBA Degrees. He has a distinguished record of leading and managing information security and internal audit functions, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and enhancing performance.

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Audit Executive at FCMB, Amara was instrumental in designing and implementing the bank’s information security policies, standards, and procedures. He developed and executed the bank’s cybersecurity strategy, conducted risk assessments, and managed incident responses. His contributions significantly advanced the bank’s operations and services, leveraging his expertise in internal control, governance, risk management, and fraud prevention. During his career at various Banks, he mentored and trained teams of cybersecurity and audit professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.

Amara is passionate about securing, growing, and sustaining reputable organizations. He is now fully engaged in directing the affairs at Amable Nigeria Limited with his extensive knowledge and experience to achieve the immediate goals and long-term vision of the organization.  

Charles is an accomplished Operations Manager with a solid foundation in IT and Database Administration. He holds OCA & OCP certifications from NIIT PH & B.Sc. in Geology Exploration and Geophysics. He is a skilled Database Administrator with expertise in SQL. With over 10 years of diverse work experience. Charles has successfully navigated roles in IT Technical Support, Hardware Management, Teaching, and Training in various IT Solutions.

Charles is a dedicated professional with a proven track record of delivering results and driving operational excellence. His diverse skill set and extensive experience make him a valuable asset in any organization.

Mr Ernest Emenike – (B. Eng, CCNA, MSCA, and PMP) is a dynamic, technical-oriented professional with a solid background in various ICT fields. He is a graduate of Computer Engineering from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike and with over 10years experience in the ICT industry. He has previously worked as senior IT Instructor/Technical Support Specialist and ICT deployment strategist at Track IT ltd.

 Ernest has attended numerous ICT seminars, project management and sales training courses. He also hold several ICT industry professional certifications including – Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA). He  operates as the ICT Manager of the company.
